As a Hall County Native and 5^th Generation of distinguished local custom home builder, Matt Bell, Belkin Homes President graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2005, with a BS degree in Construction Science & Project Management.  He is a member of the Gainesville/Hall County Home Builders Association (HBA).
