At Mundy Mill only approved builders are allowed to purchase lots and build homes. We do this to insure integrity and consistency in our new home products. In other words, the buyer contracts thru Main and Main Realty Group to have a home built on the lot of their choice. The buyer chooses the home plan of their choice and one of our approved builders will build it for an agreed upon price.
All of our homes are built by Jackson EMC and Right Choice standards to ensure a comfortable and energy efficient life style.
Our builders are very hands on and are on site often during the work week. They are available to meet with you once a contract is signed to discuss the construction of your new home and to make sure that all specifications meet your approval.
We make the process easy for the buyer and it is a lot of fun to see your new home come out of the ground and take shape knowing you have chosen the finish, colors, etc. to meet your family’s needs and preferences.
Furthermore, all of the homes in Mundy Mill come with a one year builder warranty to give you peace of mind with your purchase.
