We’ve all seen them before; neighborhoods that are constructed overnight on a plot of land that all essentially look the same. Since the home has already been built, you have to pay for it as is. That’s not how we do business. Of course we have homes that are available for purchase but we also offer you the opportunity to discuss your new home’s construction with the builder.

Mundy Mill only uses approved builders from the area to construct its homes. With names like Whitmire Homes, Belkin Homes, and WTM Corporation you know that you’re paying for quality. And since these are new homes, built from the ground up, there’s no reason for them not to be top notch.

All of our homes are built according to the Jackson EMC Right Choice standards that increase the efficiency of your new home as well as the air quality.
