Our Developer

The current owner of Mundy Mill, Butler Property, LLC acquired its ownership of Mundy Mill in 2010.  This ownership is comprised of approximately 85% of the remaining residential lots and a substantial portion of the commercial property in Mundy Mill.  Butler Property is also the declarant over the entire project and is responsible for maintaining and managing the Home Owner’s Association. 
 
Butler Property has worked for the past year getting the property in top form and has been making plans for future improvements that will be completed by Fall of 2011.  The financial strength of the developer is very important to Mundy Mill and is especially important to it’s homeowners.  Purchasers can rest assured that the developer will have the funds to continue to maintain the property in top condition which will help their homes to increase in value as our economy returns to a normal, healthy condition.
