Our Story
When Butler Property, LLC acquired the majority of the Mundy Mill development in 2010, the principle owner of Butler Property set out to reestablish the Mundy Mill development into a thriving
mixed use community where the home owners can live, play and thrive in quality built homes at affordable prices.
With this mission in mind, the management team at Butler Property put a plan in place to do just that. We are now offering comfortable,
energy efficient, well built homes at very attractive prices. At the same time, we are upgrading the amenities to include a
picnic pavilion with outdoor grills and we are relocating and upgrading the
playground. Our amenity area is now designed so that a family can swim, play and picnic all in the same area of the community and it is all included in your HOA annual dues.
A second amenity area will be added to Mundy Mill in the near future. This second amenity area will include another pool, restrooms and either a sports court or tennis courts. We will seek the input of our homeowners before making these final decisions.
A 17 acre site within Mundy Mill has been donated by Butler property to the City of Gainesville where a new elementary school will be built at some time in the future.
