As a Right Choice homeowner you'll use energy more efficiently and lower your utility bills. Using less energy helps protect the environment, which reduces greenhouse gas emissions.
There are three High-Tech Tests that are used to ensure quality:
1. Duct Blaster Test- used to help prevent leak ducts (a major contributor to poor air quality in a house)
2. Blower Door Test- determines tightness
3. E-Scan Testing- measures airflow in each room while the heating and cooling system is operating and sends the information digitally to a laptop.
Every Right Choice homeowner is covered by a three-year energy warranty guaranteeing that the energy used to heat and cool the house will be below a specified amount each year.
