Over 75 years ago Clyde Waters was building homes in and around Gainesville, Georgia. It was then that a legacy had begun and a foundation laid for what would one day become Whitmire Residential, a member of the Whitmire Group of companies.
Today, Whitmire Residential President and CEO, Shea Whitmire is following the lead of his great-grandfather Clyde, his grandfather Don Whitmire (developer) and father Tim Whitmire (builder/developer).
